Music Week 2018

This year’s music week of our student wind orchestra was held under the motto “Legends — Legendary”. During their time at the Music Academy in Marktoberdorf, the students rehearsed an ambitious and varied concert program. After the first concert in Kaufering, the approximately 80 students took the stage on Saturday, April 14, 2018, in our school gymnasium and presented famous melodies from films like Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, Zorro, and James Bond – Skyfall. But fans of musical legends such as ABBA, Queen, and Elvis Presley were also in for a treat with the chosen program.

The packed gym, the thunderous applause, the enthusiastic audience, and the standing ovations at the end of the evening all made one thing clear: the night was truly legendary!
