Prevention Theatre 2017

As part of the school's internal efforts to foster greater respect among students, the Eukitea Theater from Diedorf performed a guest play at the Landsberg Middle School.
All students from the 6th and 7th grades gathered in the gymnasium to experience a very special theater production. Under the motto “And You're Out,” the three actors swiftly and imaginatively took on multiple roles. With just a few simple props—such as a scarf playfully draped over the shoulders, a colorful hairband, various baseball caps, glasses, a beanie pulled low over the forehead, or a constantly used mobile phone—they brought to life an entire cast of student characters in seconds, each engaging in new and varied relationships. At other times, they appeared as teachers, mothers, or fearsome ghosts—or narrated the action as clowns with red noses.
The play was not only highly entertaining, but also powerfully illustrated the issues of exclusion and bullying. Both students and teachers were captivated by the performance of the group.

The cost of the production was covered by the Frank Hirschvogel Foundation.
