As a service provider, we are responsible according to § 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our own content on these pages in line with general laws. However, pursuant to §§ 8 through 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored information of third-parties or to research circumstances that suggest an illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected.
